Instructors required

École de hockey Gold in the Net – Québec is looking for new instructors, male or female, with or without experience.

Basic qualifications :

The training seminar for our instructors will be held in Mont-Saint-Hilaire every Spring. Please contact us for additional information and/or to let us know about your interest.

Private and semi-private Clinics

A series of 1.5-hour weekly clinics is being offered at Mont-Saint-Hilaire every Spring, from April to June. You may consult the Registration section for additional information and/or to register to one or more of these individual clinics. Selection of drills for each of these clinics will depend upon the technical abilities of the participating goalies.

The prices are indicated for semi-private session (2 goalies per net) or private session (1 goalie per net). One or more shooters will be available depending on the needs of the goalies participating at each of these clinics. There will be a maximum of 6 nets on the ice per clinic and a rotation of the goalies will be implemented so that each goalie may benefit from the nets with the blue zones during each clinic.

Summer Camps

You will find information about the various programs in the Programs section. To register at one of our summer camps, you are invited to visit the Registration page.

Endorsements

The following comments present a good summary of the numerous positive comments made by goaltenders who attended our 2006 and 2007 summer camps, and by their parents too!

"I know the Adult Program was a "pilot test" but it would be great if it could be repeated. Moreover I would like to see several levels (adult 1, 2, 3...) so that I could go back and continue my training without repeating the same drills again."
(Frédéric Anctil, Adult Program goaltender; translated from French; 2007)

"Morgan very much enjoyed the coaching she received. I was also impressed with the coaches. In 2006 we choose Gold in the Net because it was close to home and dates suited our schedule. Morgan enjoyed it last year and wanted to go back. She has already asked to go back again next year "because it's fun and challenging!".
(Morgan and Rick Moffet; Level 1 Advanced Program goaltender and her father; 2007).

"My son Stephen thoroughly enjoyed his week. He was very pleased and extremely happy with everything that he learned and really enjoyed the time spent with the training team. Everyone was very professional and eager to teach participants and help coach in every way possible. Congratulations and thank you for all the effort put into offering the best training camp possible."
(Nadia Tontini, parent of a Level 1 Advanced Program goaltender; 2007)

"According to my neighbour who works at the Arena, your school was the most well organised school he ever saw; and he was right to recommend it. Nicolas enjoyed his week and on the last day asked us if he could come back next year."
(Alain Rousseau, parent of an Intermediate Program goaltender; translated from French; 2007)

"Antoine is looking forward to this summer camp for his next season. This past season was greatly improved due to his camp last summer. Thank you and I am looking forward to see you again."
(Rachel Doyon, parent of an Intermediate Program goaltender; translated from French; 2006)

"It was fun. A very intense goalie camp. Lessons really taught you stuff as opposed to just having you do stuff."
(Jamie O'Connell, Intermediate Program goaltender; 2006)

"Your camp eats, sleeps and breathes hockey!!! Great intensive days!! Thank you! My son loved it... and very professional... not babysitting."
(Grace Palmieri, parent of a Regular Program goaltender; 2006)

"Good demos and excellent ice sessions. Hard dryland sessions but guaranteed improvement. Excellent video sessions. Excellent supervision, always looked after. One of the best chief instructor ever met."
(David Racicot, Special Elite Program goaltender; translated from French; 2006)

"Very good camp. Good supervision. Above average availability of instructors and supervisors. Would recommend this camp."
(Ricky Guillet, Advanced Program goaltender; translated from French; 2006)
