How much does a franchise cost?
A Unit Franchise costs $15,000.00, Regional and Master Franchises are dependant upon the area and location. All franchises have exclusive territories guaranteed.

What will my start up costs be?
The equipment and training you will need may cost up to $10,000.00 some of the items you may already have like a computer, fax machine, video camera, other items like a Boni puck machine you may have to purchase.

How much are the royalties and what do I get for them?
The royalty fee for Gold in the Net is 7% of gross sales. For that fee you receive 1-800 telephone support, ongoing training for your staff and continual updates for your programs.

How will I make my money back?
Your main revenue is derived by the summer hockey schools, mini camps, minor hockey clinics and private camps. Other sources of revenue will be generated by merchandise sales like clothing and video sales. You will find a Performa table enclosed to show a breakdown of profit.

What do I get for my money?
In your start up package you will receive a complete set of manuals for each program detailing everything you will be doing both on and off of the ice. These manuals are so detailed they show you what, when and for how long to teach each topic. Your training program is also included, however you are required to fund your own travel arrangements. How much time will it take?
One of the really great things about a Gold in the Net Franchise is it allows you to grow at your own pace. You can start out just doing a few summer weeks and weekends during the hockey season and slowly increase your weeks or even go full time with an off ice facility and complete summer program.

Can I do this all on my own? What if I need help?
Yes with proper training you can, however should you need help initially running programs Gold in the Net has qualified instructors that can assist you in your start up until you have acquired enough trained personnel to operate without them.

Secondly, complete our non-competition, confidentiality agreement and thirdly, have a certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to Gold in the Net hockey school inc. for a $5,000.00 refundable deposit. At this time Gold in the Net will provide you with franchise agreement for review. If your not approved or you chose to rescind your offer we will then refund your deposit. If approved you then have 10 days to arrange you lawyer to council you on the agreement and arrange the financing. The balance is then due in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or money order to Gold in the Net hockey school inc.
