In 2006, Gold in The Net introduced their Educational Scholarship.
Gold in The Net believes that education is an important part of our youth’s development. With many families dedicating so much of the family resources to hockey, it is nice to know that there are programs like this to help out. Since its inception, more than $80,000.00 has been awarded to Gold in The Net students & instructors.

Each year, Gold in the Net hosts fundraisers to continue supporting these college-bound goalies.
Gold in the Net Educational Bursary Fund provides scholarships awarded to select students who have a positive outlook on life and who are leaders and role models in their schools and communities. We look to support those students who enjoy the game of hockey, demonstrate a balance lifestyle, and know the value of a post-secondary education.
