Gold in the Net
All Ages. All Levels. Goalie Excellence
Coaches have a full bench to manage, and goalies need position-specific coaching to keep developing. Gold in the Net partners with minor hockey associations to bring certified, goalie-only instructors directly to your ice, supporting your coaches and your goalies all season long.
With a focus on technique, agility, mental preparation, and game awareness, our goalie programs aim to cultivate well-rounded athletes who can rise to the challenge on game day.

From weekly skills clinics to on-ice support at team practices, our programs fit into what your coaches are already doing.
Decades of developing goalies is all we do.
Every coach completes GITN Coaching Certification.
We work inside your plan. No rebuilding drills, no giving up ice.
Preferred pricing for associations that partner with us for the full season.
Want your goalies developing at every practice, not just at camp? A certified GITN instructor joins your team practice and works with your goalies right inside your existing drills.
Send it to us ahead of time.
Your instructor reviews the plan with you and identifies what your goalies can work on during each team drill.
Goalies get targeted coaching throughout practice, with most sessions needing no more than about 15 minutes of dedicated one-on-one time.
Weekly goalie clinics for your association, run by our instructors throughout the season. Your MHA provides the ice and we build the session around your goalies.
Placing goalies fairly is one of the hardest calls an association makes. We run goalie-only evaluation sessions using drills chosen to show the skills the position demands. Each goalie receives a consistent, impartial score, giving your selection coaches clear information and giving goalies insight into what to work on next.
Most coaches want to support their goalies but aren’t sure where to start. Our coaching clinics give your bench staff simple, practical tools: what to watch for, how to communicate, and how to include goalies in team drills. The goal isn’t to turn coaches into goalie specialists. It’s to make sure every athlete on the ice keeps improving.
Gold in the Net is proudly sponsored by Vaughn Custom Canada and is an Official Vaughn Retailer. Associations we work with have access to special pricing and support on Vaughn equipment.
