The Website shall include any new related software, apps, webpages, websites and associated products or services which may be added from time to time.

This page states the Terms and Conditions of Use under which you may access and use the Website and all information, material, original works and other subject-matter or content, including, without limitation, the underlying HTML, articles, text, data, photographs, images, illustrations, designs, icons, audio clips, video clips, documents, products, services and software, on the Website (the "Material").

You also agree and authorize GITN regional franchise locations to take any further steps necessary to verify your information provided.  You acknowledge and agree that we may rely on your information provided to send you important information and notices regarding your account or any of GITN’s offered services or products.

GITN and regional franchise locations maintain individual accounts on the following social media sites: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (collectively known as the “Social Media Sites”). Any Material posted by

GITN’s Social Media Sites are owned by GITN and may not be used without the express prior written consent of the GITN.

CAMP REGISTRATION WAIVER, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Camp Registration waiver, terms and conditions, products and services offered will vary from GITN franchise location to franchise location and are governed by the individual franchise location. This information can be viewed on the location’s camp registration page.

IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register for any of the services offered online.

TERMINATION

The GITN may terminate these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any licenses contained herein, at any time and may terminate your access to and use of the Website or the Material if the GITN determines, in its sole discretion, that you have failed or refused to comply with any or all of these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Termination”).

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions of Use and the access to and use of the Website and the Material shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
